What’s new for 2009!

We have added a new show location for 2009!  This is another Robson community location that we are very excited about.  Robson Ranch in Casa Grande will be a very small show for the first couple of years and we will most likely do just one show a year here until the community size can support more shows and a greater number of spaces.  Like SaddleBrooke and Quail Creek, these homes are mostly 2nd homes and are priced to appeal to the upper income segment of our population.  As always, we will not oversell a location and reduce the opportunity for each artist to make good sales!

The price and commission will remain the same as last year.  Commissions are payable to Alan Smith at the close of each event on all sales and commissions made during the event.

• This new web site will be your place to get all the latest news on shows and events for the year and it will be updated as changes and news becomes available, so check back periodically for the latest information.  The first week of each October we will post the following years schedule.  All applications can be down loaded as either a word file or a PDF file.

• If you supply a legible email address on your application, you will receive your acceptance information back by email.  If you do not have an email, you must supply a self-addressed, stamped envelope to get this information back.  We will not send acceptances back by mail without a SASE!

• For those of you new to our shows, if you do not set up the day before the show starts, you can find your name on the ground in the morning and start setting up upon your arrival.  You can also call our cell during the first day of set up and get your space number so you can set up upon your arrival early on the first morning of the show.

• FINDERS REWARD will be awarded to any artist that finds a new quality site for us to produce shows at when the site is successfully contracted!

      
Thanks to all of you who do our shows and for spreading the good words about them.  I am constantly getting new artists names for future shows and most of them tell me one of you told them to call!
