*Deadline is 30 days prior to the first day of All Shows and Festivals. Applications must be posted marked prior to the deadline or the late fee must be added. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHOWS: Our shows are located around the state in very upscale, exclusive or high traffic tourist areas and are much smaller in size, ranging from about 20 to 35 spaces. No entertainment and only limited jewelry are allowed at these shows. 
ALL SHOWS ARE $100.00 FOR A 10X10 SPACE OR $200.00 FOR A 10X20 SPACE + 10% OF ALL SALES & COMMISSIONS. THERE IS A $60.00 FEE FOR A SECOND ARTIST TO SHARE A BOOTH.

FESTIVALS ARE $125 FOR A 10X10 SPACE OR $225 FOR A 10X20 SPACE AND NO COMMISSION!  THERE IS A $60 FEE FOR A SECOND ARTIST TO SHARE A BOOTH

JURY REQUIREMENTS :


• Send at least 4 photos of your work & 1 photo of your display
• All artists must submit photos once a year beginning in January.
New work or work in a different category must be juried.
• Enclose a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE). (IF NO
SASE IS ENCLOSED, YOU WILL NOT BE MAILED AN
ACCEPTANCE NOTICE).
• IF YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE PRINT IT
CLEARLY ON YOUR APPLICATION. YOU'RE
ACCEPTANCE NOTICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU!
Note: If you provide an email address, do not include a SASE.
It will not be returned to you!
• Complete all sections of the application (Incomplete applications
will be returned!)
• MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO ALAN SMITH
(After the deadline only money orders, charge card or cash will
be accepted; NO EXCEPTIONS!) Deadline is 30 days prior to
show date. Late fee of $25 must be added to the application fee if
mailed after the deadline.
• All returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee.
• Send separate checks for each show.
• Jury will not be done from web sites or in person.
• All decisions by jury are FINAL!
• Total show fee will be returned if not accepted.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Only fine art and selected fine crafts will be accepted, with limited
clothing and jewelry
• No clothing, commercial, import items or buy/sell items will be
accepted. If you don't make it, don't bring it!
• Only artwork made by the exhibitor may be displayed
SHOW REGULATIONS:
• 10% OF ALL SALES & COMMISSIONS ARE PAYABLE
TO ALAN SMITH AT THE CLOSE OF THE SHOW.
• No outside cooking or open flames in the show grounds or show
area at anytime.
• No loud music, alcohol or drugs allowed in the show
• No early packing or takedowns.
• No vehicles allowed in show area before closing time.
• No pets in the booth or show area during show hours.
• Your booth and surrounding area must be kept free from hazards
to the public at all times and the aisles must be kept open. All
storage boxes must be kept inside your space, covered and neat.
• It is your responsibility to keep your booth neat and clean and to
remove all trash each day and at the end of the show.
• Your booth must be set up, and all vehicles moved to the
designated parking area, 30 minutes before the start of the show
each day. Overnight RV parking is in the same area.
• You must provide your own displays, tables covered to the
ground, etc. Only white canopies are permitted.
• NO REFUNDS, RAIN DATES OR CREDITS WILL BE
ISSUED AFTER ACCEPTANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• No security is provided.
• No discount or sales signs are permitted.
• Artists are required to obtain all sales tax licensing, collect and
remit to state/city.

 


FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE SHOW RULES
CAN RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE EVENT AND/
OR EXCLUSION FROM FUTURE SHOWS.
