ART BARN SHOWS:  All shows are located in a rapidly growing, upscale country club area of second homes, in the cool White Mountains of Pinetop, Arizona.  These shows are produced at the Art Barn during the summer months (the premier art source for over 2 decades).  There are up to 70 spaces.  All shows are $125.00 for a 10x10 space or $250.00 for a 10x20 space plus 10% of all sales & commissions.
THERE IS A $60.00 FEE FOR A SECOND ARTIST TO SHARE A BOOTH.

*Deadline is 30 days prior to the first day of the Festival.  Applications must be posted marked prior to the deadline or the late fee must be added.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHOWS:  Our shows are located around the state in very upscale, exclusive or high traffic tourist areas and are much smaller in size, ranging from about 20 to 35 spaces.  No entertainment, clothing and only limited jewelry are allowed at these shows.
All shows are $100.00 for a 10x10 space or $200.00 for a 10x20 space + 10% of all sales & commissions.

ALL SHOWS:  These events are open only to the highest quality fine arts and crafts, hand made by the exhibiter.  All new products must be juried if you have not shown them at any of our events.
NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you are applying for more than one SHOW at a time you only need to send 1 set of photos and 1 SASE.  PLEASE SEND SEPARATE CHECKS FOR EACH EVENT.

We do not accept applications for commercial products, import items or buy/sell products of any kind.  If you don’t make it, don’t bring it!  If you have not juried all the items you intend to show, you will be asked to pack non-juried items and jury them into future events. ONLY WHITE CANOPIES ARE PERMITTED!

The jury process will be completed as applications are received and done on a post-marked basis.  There is no jury fee for any of the shows, but you must send photos for a jury process to all events that you apply to.  Only written requests will be considered and they will be met as closely as possible!  Artists will be moved to different locations to keep shows looking fresh and different in accordance to management requests.

A LATE FEE of $25.00 must be added to the application fee if mailed after the deadline.
NO REFUNDS, RAIN DATES OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED $25.00. NO POST DATED CHECKS.

JURY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Send at least 4 photos of your work
  • Send 1 photo of your booth display
  • No SASE is needed if you supply a legible email address, your photos will be returned to you at a future show.
  • Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope (NO SASE ENCLOSED, NO ACCEPTANCE NOTICE WILL BE MAILED.)
  • Complete all sections of the application (Incomplete applications will be returned!)
  • MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO ALAN SMITH

(After the deadline only money orders or cash will be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS!)
